Heavyweight tees, hoodies and caps for every department on the call sheet, printed to order so nothing sits in a warehouse. The Department 101 line gives each craft its own bug. The Call Time and Wrap Party collections are for everyone who has ever been on set at 5 AM or 1 AM.
What Greenlight does
A student production applies, gets a reviewed campaign page, and a fixed dollar amount from every eligible item sold is set aside for that production. The production board is public. Earned means paid, fulfilled, non-refunded units, never gross sales. How it works.

Who runs it
Crew Call is run by a production sound mixer with twenty years on set who now coordinates an equipment center for a university film program. The whole operation is intentionally small: print on demand, honest math, and a public ledger for every campaign.
