Question 1

Where is my order?

Accepted Answer

Track it any time at /order/lookup with your order number and email, or from your account. Printed-to-order items ship in 5–9 business days; you get an email with tracking the moment a label is created.

Question 2

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Until it enters production (usually within 24 hours) yes — contact us with the order number. After that the blank is already printed, so changes become a return.

Question 3

Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?

Accepted Answer

A gift note, yes — add it at checkout. Wrapping, no; our print partners ship in plain poly mailers.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, right on our checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Question 5

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

$5 flat in the US, free over $75. International is quoted at checkout.

Question 6

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Production 2–5 business days, transit 3–5 business days in the US. Hoodies run a day or two longer. See the shipping page for details.

Question 7

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Canada, UK, EU and Australia today. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Question 8

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

30 days on unworn, unwashed core items. Greenlight fundraising items are printed specifically for that campaign and are exchange-only for size or defect.

Question 9

How do I start a return?

Accepted Answer

From your account under Orders, or through the Returns page. We email a prepaid label for defects; size swaps are at cost.

Question 10

My item arrived damaged or misprinted.

Accepted Answer

Send a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free. No need to ship the original back.

Question 11

How does buying a tee fund a film?

Accepted Answer

Each eligible item on a campaign page has a fixed contribution (for example $8). Once the order is paid, fulfilled and past the refund window, that amount is set aside for the production. The campaign's production board shows the running total.

Question 12

Is my purchase tax-deductible?

Accepted Answer

No. You are buying a shirt, and the contribution is commercial support from Crew Call to the production. The same goes for "Back a project" gifts.

Question 13

What if a campaign does not reach its goal?

Accepted Answer

The production still receives everything earned. Goals are targets, not all-or-nothing thresholds.

Question 14

When do productions get paid?

Accepted Answer

After the campaign wraps and a hold period clears for refunds and chargebacks, in a reviewed payout batch. Dates are shown on the campaign page.

Question 15

Who can apply?

Accepted Answer

Any student production, film club or program with a faculty or staff contact. Independent student crews are welcome too — we just need an adult organizer.

Question 16

Does my school need to sign anything?

Accepted Answer

A claimed school profile lets a faculty contact be CC'd on production emails and approve use of school marks. Unclaimed schools can still run campaigns without school logos.

Question 17

Who reviews the artwork?

Accepted Answer

We do, before anything is printed: no nudity, hate symbols, drugs or alcohol, weapons as threat, copyrighted material, real people without a release, or school marks without a partner school.

Question 18

Can we see the money?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The portal shows every eligible unit, the hold status and the payout batch, and the campaign page shows the public board.
