How it works

Seven steps, one adult organizer, zero inventory. Here is exactly what happens and when.

  1. 01

    Apply

Pick your school from the directory (or quick-add it), name the production, describe the film, set a goal and dates, upload artwork. Save a draft any time.

    Who: Organizer
    Takes: 10 min
  2. 02

    Verify

We confirm the adult representative, the organization and that the payee is legitimate. Students can be the crew; an adult signs.

    Who: Crew Call
    Takes: 2–4 business days
  3. 03

    Design

We proof your artwork on the actual blanks: resolution, print area, colorways. You approve proofs in the portal.

    Who: Both
    Takes: 3–5 business days
  4. 04

    Agree

Fundraiser Terms, the disclosure line, the fixed contribution and the payee are signed off. School partners add the marks agreement.

    Who: Both
    Takes: 1–2 days
  5. 05

    Launch

Your page is public (scheduled drops show a countdown). Products go live at open. Marketing kit unlocks.

    Who: Crew Call
    Takes: Launch day
  6. 06

    Fulfill

Every order prints on demand and ships individually in 5–9 business days. You never touch a box.

Who: Crew Call + print partner
    Takes: Ongoing
  7. 07

    Reconcile

When the drop closes and the return window ends, refunds are netted out, the eligible count is fixed, and the payout is approved to your payee.

The money
