Everything is printed to order, so there are two clocks: production and transit.

Production time
Tees and caps: 2–5 business days. Hoodies and sweatshirts: 3–6 business days. Greenlight drops are batched for the campaign and may hold until the batch closes (dates shown on the campaign page). Add transit on top of that for your estimate.
Tracking
You get an email with a tracking link when the label prints. You can also look up any order at Track an order with your order number and email.
Split shipments
Different blanks come from different print partners. If your order mixes a hoodie and a cap it may arrive in two packages, with two tracking numbers. You are not charged extra for that.
International duties
Orders outside the US may be charged duties and taxes on delivery. Those are set by your country and paid by the recipient.
Wrong address
Email us immediately with the order number. If the label has not printed we fix it free. If the carrier returns the package we reship at the standard rate.
