1. Who we are
Crew Call Clothing ("Crew Call", "we") sells apparel printed to order and operates Greenlight, a program through which a fixed contribution from eligible purchases supports student productions. By ordering or creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
An order is accepted when we email a confirmation. Prices are in US dollars and include the product only; shipping and tax are shown at checkout. We may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock problems, with a full refund.
3. Printed to order
Items are made after you order. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen mockups. Our returns policy covers size exchanges and defects.
4. Greenlight contributions
Eligible items show a fixed contribution amount. That amount is paid by Crew Call to the production's organizer once the unit is paid, fulfilled and past the refund window. It is commercial support, not a charitable donation, and is not tax-deductible. Goals are targets, not guarantees, and campaign totals shown are Crew Call's records. "Back a project" gifts follow the same rule. Full details in the fundraiser terms.
5. Accounts
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
6. Content you submit
Artwork, photos, video and messages submitted for Greenlight must be yours to use and must pass our content review. You grant Crew Call a license to print and display approved content for the campaign and in impact reporting. We may remove content that violates these terms or a school's policies.
7. Intellectual property
Crew Call designs, names and site content belong to Crew Call Clothing. Department names and crew slang are, obviously, everybody's.
8. Promotions
Promo codes are single-use per order, cannot be combined, and by default exclude Greenlight items so contributions are never discounted away.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for carrier delays.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by California law. Talk to us first at contact; most things resolve in one email.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use means acceptance.
