Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to ship your order and run Greenlight, we do not sell it, and you can delete it.

What we collect
- Order data: name, email, shipping address, what you bought. Payment details go straight to Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Account data: if you create one, your saved addresses, order history and notification preferences.
- Greenlight data: for applicants and crew, names, emails, roles and uploaded media for the campaign page. Supporter messages are reviewed before publication.
- Analytics: only with your consent. Page views, drops you look at, which campaign sent you (UTM). No cross-site tracking.
How we use it
To fulfil orders through our print partners, send transactional email (confirmation, tracking, returns), run and report on Greenlight campaigns, and, if you opted in, send drop announcements. Campaign organizers see aggregate unit counts, never buyer identities, unless the buyer chose to appear on the supporter wall.
Who sees it
Stripe (payments), our print and fulfilment partners (name and address only), our email provider, and our hosting provider. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Cookies
Essential cookies run the cart and sign-in. Analytics cookies are off until you choose Accept all. Essential only and Deny both keep analytics off; Deny also records that you refused. You can change your choice here any time.
Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data from account privacy or by emailing privacy@crewcallclothing.example. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; EU and UK residents the rights in the GDPR. We answer within 30 days.
Students and minors
Greenlight crew members under 18 are listed with first name and role only, and only with the organizer's confirmation that a guardian consented. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Retention
Order records are kept seven years for tax. Accounts are deleted on request. Campaign pages persist as a public record unless the organizer asks for removal.
Changes
We post changes here with a new date. Material changes are emailed to account holders.
