What can be returned

• Core items (Call Time, Department 101, Wrap Party): return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with the print intact.
• Greenlight items: printed for one campaign, so they are exchange-only for size, or reprinted for defects. The contribution to the production is not reversed on an exchange.
• Defective or misprinted anything: send a photo within 30 days. We reprint free and you keep the original.

How to start one

1. Open your orders (or look one up by number and email).
2. Pick the item and choose Return, Exchange or Report a defect.
3. For returns we email a label. Returns pay their own shipping; exchanges for size are shipped at cost; defect reprints are free both ways.
4. Refunds land on the original payment method 5–10 business days after we scan the package.

What we cannot take back

Worn or washed items, items past 30 days, and custom crew-pack orders unless defective.

Refund amounts

Item price plus tax. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is our fault. Promo discounts are prorated across the items they applied to.
