Our story
Every story has a crew. This is ours.
The set is the culture
Film culture is usually sold as the director, the premiere, the poster. The people who actually make the day happen are the ones who park the truck at 5:40, who say "speed" back, who hold the frame steady for take twelve. Crew Call started as a joke tee for a sound department and turned into a wardrobe for everybody on the call sheet.
We print the departments on the front because the departments are the point. Nobody on set works alone. The clothing is a way to say that out loud.
Mission
Make the crew visible. Dress every department with the same care the industry gives its stars, and route real money back to the people learning the craft.
Vision
A student film program anywhere can put up a Greenlight page and have a community, not a grant committee, fund permits, camera rentals and meals, one tee at a time, with the production board in public.
Promise
- Honest math. Contributions are fixed dollar amounts per eligible item, counted only on paid, fulfilled, non-refunded units. Never a vague "percentage of profits".
- Printed to order. No dead stock, no landfill run. Five to nine business days from order to doorstep.
- Reviewed artwork. Every student design passes a content review before anything is printed, so nobody gets in trouble with their school.
- Public ledgers. Every campaign shows what it earned and when it was paid out.
Greenlight
Greenlight by Crew Call is the fundraising program. A production applies with its crew, logline and goal. We build the page, print the drop, and hold the contributions until the campaign wraps and the hold clears. See the live projects, or apply with yours.
